PERKii Ninja Slushie Instagram Competition – Full Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is run by PERKii Pty Limited (ABN 77 606 738 792), located at Level 7, GP South Building (Building 78), Staff House Road, University of Queensland, St Lucia, Queensland 4067, Australia (“the Promoter”). This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Ninja Slushie.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate
family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s terms of use and community guidelines.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter the competition, entrants must:
• Like the official competition post published on @perkiiprobiotics Instagram account;
• Follow @perkiiprobiotics on Instagram and tag a mate;
• Comment on the competition post with an answer to the following question in 20 words or
less:
“How would you use PERKii in a Ninja Slushi?”
All steps must be completed before the competition closes in order for the entry to be valid.
Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be unique.
4. Entry Period
The competition starts at 10:00am Wednesday 18th February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm
Sunday 8th March 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
A single (1) winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 3 business days of the
closing date.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an
alternative winner. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
The prize is one (1) Ninja Slushi Professional Frozen Drink Maker valued at $500.
The prize does not include PERKii, accessories, or any associated costs.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner’s physical address within Australia.
PO Boxes will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for any warranty claims or servicing of the prize.
7. General
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.
8. Privacy
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering the
competition and prize fulfillment.

Instagram handles of winners may be announced publicly on the Promoter’s social media
platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, network, or other issues. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner or other personal expenses related to the prize.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize.
Instagram shall not be liable for any aspect of this competition.
10. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
